Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Astra Techz, we take great pride in the quality and reliability of our services. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellation: All cancellations must be requested in writing and received by Astra Techz within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a fee to cover the costs of work already performed.
Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. In exceptional cases, at the discretion of Astra Techz, partial refunds may be considered.
No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
